South Carolina Scuba Diving
Scuba Diving in South Carolina is unlike the type of Scuba Diving that most people think about. The Bright sunny Carribean waters of the Bahamas come to the forefront of most people's minds. South Carolina diving can be just as good as that Carribean diving and certainly has its own unique offerings. There are so many varied types of Scuba Diving available to the diving population here that it is difficult to focus on just one type of scuba diving. From the clear warm gulf stream waters accesible off of the South Carolina Coast to the cold Mountain Lake waters of the Upstate, there are truly options for every preference and taste in Scuba Diving.
Scuba Diving for Real People
Daily South Carolina life, like life most anywhere else, would seem to preclude diving regularly. However, many are finding the time to dive not only on vacation, but in some cases, all year long right here in South Carolina. Technology, training and the support provided by todays dive industry has led many to realize that Scuba Diving can be no more expensive or time consuming than most any other recreational activity. It is my belief that we need these recreational activities to de-stress from the daily routine. What better way to do that than to scuba dive. Local sites being so close, I sometimes find the time after work to get in a dive. No matter where you live, as a scuba diver it is worth checking out local sites.
